You can wander around the website and add products to the cart freely; at the moment of placing the order you may purchase as a Guest. You will be asked to enter only the essential data for delivering your order.

Registration on BRAIDESIGN STORE is free, and it will allow you to create a personal reserved area from which you can manage you personal information, delivery addresses, supervise and manage your orders. The personal information of a client will be used only by BRAIDESIGN staff and its trusted partners to manage the orders, and they will never be gave up to third parties; your safety and privacy are important to us.
Furthermore with registering to the website you will have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter for FREE to be always up to date with the latest news, discounts and exclusive promotions.

How to register

To register click up on right on LOGIN. It will open the authentication page where you may click on Create an account to begin the registration process.

Proceeding to the next page you may fill in every blank field with your personal data to complete the process (it’s important you use a valid and frequently used e-mail address because we will send there all the important communications regarding your orders). You will also have to choose a password to access your personal profile. We recommend you to choose a secure password, not easy to guess but easy for you to remember (better if it’s alphanumeric).
If you forget your password, don’t worry!, you can recover it in any moment just by clicking on Forgot your password? and entering your registered e-mail address. Immediately afterwards we will send you a link by e-mail that will allow you to reset your password.
Once registered you’ll be able to access your profile by clicking up on right on LOGIN, the authentication page will be displayed and you will just need to fill the fields of the REGISTERED CLIENT area with your credentials.
To exit your account profile just click up on right on USERNAME and then SIGN OUT.

Your account

Accessing your personal profile, you may find on the left all the sections from which you may be able to add, edit or delete your personal data at any moment. You may also subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter in any moment and without any notice to us.

In the section My addresses you may edit your address or add a new one at any time, e.g. add a new delivery address to receive your order at your work place. You may select a preferred address and edit it at any time, even at the checkout.
Furthermore you can access your orders’ history to verify a currently underway one, download invoices or recall old purchases.
Eventually you may be able to keep track of your loved items and wishlists, or review your comments in the products' pages or on our blog.

How to purchase

The process to purchase items is quick and easy.
Once you find the product desired, you can add it directly to your cart or open the detailed product page by clicking on the image or the name of the item. This page includes all the technical information and the users’ reviews.
By clicking on the button Add to Cart it will open a window where you’ll be asked if you want to continue shopping or go to checkout. Click on Continue Shopping to select other products or on Proceed to Checkout to end purchasing.
Once on the cart page you’ll have the possibility to review the selected items and edit their quantities using the designated arrows on the right of the product’s name. If you are in possession of a discount voucher you can add it in the specific field on the right; it will be automatically calculated on the total amount of the order.

Now you just have to proceed with the purchase by clicking down right upon Proceed to Checkout and follow a few steps.
If you are already a registered user but you didn’t have time to complete your information on your personal page, the first time you purchase you’ll have to specify your delivery address, which will be memorized to ease your next orders. You may be able enter different addresses for billing and shipping methods, if you please.
If you’re not registered you will be asked for your delivery information and you will be offered the possibility of creating an account to speed up your next orders.
Next step is to choose the payment method between various possibilities. If you choose to pay with Credit Card or PayPal you will be transferred momentarily to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment (in this passage we cannot see in any way your credit card information).
A message will be displayed after a few seconds to confirm the successful procedure and immediately afterward an e-mail will be sent to you with the confirmation number and a summary of your order.

Secure Payment

We know how important it is for our clients to feel safe.
For this reason we use PayPal (www.paypal.it), the secure payment online service most employed in the world. Paying through PayPal your credit card information will be protected by the system using safety technologies for your privacy and secure transactions.

Using PayPal
If you already have a PayPal account you’ll just have to access with your credentials to finalize the payment.

Using a Credit Card
If you do not possess a PayPal account, click on Pay with Credit Card and choose from the list the type of your card then complete the fields with number, holder name and expiration date. Our website will not save neither your credit card information nor they will be shared with us by the bank payment page.

Paying through Bank Transfer
The instructions and the bank coordinates to pay with Bank Transfer will be displayed through the website and sent to you by e-mail. They will be available after the confirmation of the purchase.
Be advised that in this case your order will be processed and shipped only after the occurred cash deposit. Since the delivery time may take longer, we suggest to send us a copy of the receipt of the occurred payment.

After the purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail when the payment has gone through. We will receive one as well confirming the transaction and immediately after we will start processing the order for delivery.

Shipping and delivery

We use the best partner to grant you a fast and excellent service.
BRAIDESIGN products delivery may be carried out in all European Union countries.
Your order will be prepared and delivered to the courier within two (2) working days* from the payment confirmation. At the moment the courier accepts your order it will be sent to you an e-mail including a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipping status.

Delivery time
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address**:

  • for deliveries in Italy ETA is 24/48 working hours* from handing the order to the courier;
  • for deliveries in other EU countries ETA is 48/96 working hours* from handing the order to the courier.

Shipping rate

  • shipping cost for Italy is € 7,50 VAT included, free for orders above € 100;
  • shipping cost for other EU countries may vary depending on the delivery address and the package total weight. The actual amount will be displayed while finalizing the purchase.

* Italian festivity days will not be considered as ordinary working days.
** All orders payed through Bank Transfer will be processed and delivered after the confirmation of the occurred payment.
